An artist and writer originally from Encinitas, CA, he now splits his time between New York and Los Angeles. David played Division II golf during his undergraduate years at Chico State, where he also served as the assistant coach for the men’s golf team. He has previously written for Athlon Sports and continues to cover the game with an emphasis on performance, perspective, and modern golf culture.
He continues to play golf competitively and travels frequently in search of the game’s most compelling courses and stories.
